Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final once delivered. Please ensure you understand the product description before making a purchase.

Exceptions may be made in cases where:

  • The product is fundamentally different from described
  • Technical issues prevent product activation (with proof)

IMEI/Server Services

Refund eligibility for services:

  • Pending Orders: Full refund if order not yet processed
  • Failed Services: Refund based on provider response (typically 24-72 hours)
  • Completed Services: No refund for successfully delivered services
  • Rejected by Provider: Full refund within 24-48 hours of rejection

Physical Products

  • Request refund within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is at customer expense

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your order number and reason
  3. Wait for refund approval confirmation
  4. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
